If you’re acidic then it’s a good form of synthetic vitamin C. It blends well with water and collagen. It tastes sour obviously

I took more than the recommended dose and it lasted for me for more than a month so it's size is great and even I got some benefits on my skin so fast acting also

I started taking this because I was primarily using sodium ascorbate and I thought taking magnesium ascorbate was good to alternate. Doesn't taste as pleasant as California Gold Vitamin C powder and probably doesn't dissolve as well. None the less, I'm happy to take this to get high amounts of vitamin c. Good price.

I mix a few types together to make my own vitamin c I use the calcium and the magnesium type as I find it gives me a bit more per dosage of the other minerals I want.
