I have been taking Creatine Monohydrate for 30 years now. When I first moved to Hong Kong over 20 years ago a personal trainer recommended Allmax's protein powders. This is how I came across their Creatine and have been using it ever since. Creatine powders never taste nice and feel as if drinking sand. The best way I found to take it is by simply putting a spoonful into my mouth and then drinking water. I tried these Capsules, but I think the price/benefit ratio is better when buying the powder.
