Love this prenatal, it seems to be so well balanced and quite comprehensive as far as I can tell and also love the high amount of omegas in this. I’m planning to stick with this product for the time being and to get another bottle for when I run out

This is my second time ordering, I like that it cover all the basics that a prenatal should have like vitamin D, iron, iodine… everything except for Choline which I take in addition to this.

I think it gives all the vitamins needed and has helped me some. I found something better, so I no longer use it, but it did give me some energy. Plus it didn’t give me headaches, but I did take it with food and water. A bit TMI, but my stool had a strong iron smell the first couple of weeks taking this. So, if that happens it likely from this pill.

I used the whole pregnancy and before as well. Very good quality and ingredients. Nice package. No taste, good size. I recommend. Felt very good, no concerns. When nursing I’m not using. But I think I got a lot of benefits through all trimesters.

When being pregnancy it’s important to intake more nutrients but sometimes when getting forgetful you will forget to take. And its good to have one pill all in one otherwise taking up supplements become very stressful
