I’ve been using melatonin for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed with how well it works. It helps me fall asleep faster and I wake up feeling more rested and refreshed. I had never tried melatonin before. This product instantly took a liking to me. The tablets are easy to chew and taste sweet, even tasty. They don't leave the feeling that you are drinking pills, but rather as if you are eating berries. In terms of dosage, I started with half a pill (you have to bite into it), and it turned out to be quite enough. The product is not addictive. I fall asleep within half an hour on days when I cannot fall asleep normally without melatonin. Zinc or magnesium could have been added to the existing ingredients.

My toddler doesn’t sleep well. If I allow her she can be up until midnight and wake up at 7. Since she began taking Melatonin I have noticed the below. -she is asleep by 7:30pm, not fighting with me to watch tv. -she is getting 11-12 hours proper sleep. -her learning was delayed due to such awful sleep patterns. She was diagnosed Autistic. Since taking Melatonin she is excelling! Speaking and learning at an increased rate due to adequate rest.
