I don't know what I would have done without this product! To say it revealed me of my hot flashes is an understatement. It completely got rid of my hot flashes! I love it! Can't recommend it enough! Just one a day and all your nasty menopause symptoms all but disappear.
Really great for hot flashes, i have been taking it for over a year now and it helped a lot with hot flashes , easy to take daily - i still have very slight hot flashes nut nothing serious. I ran out of the pills and i can feel the flashes getting back and intense. So im waiting for my order

This is not the primary product I use for symptoms of menopause, but one that I use as a boost when needed. In particular during the hot summer months, when hot flashes might break through, or during times of higher stress. The quality of the ingredients is top, and the size of the pills is perfect - very easy to swallow. I feel the benefits almost immediately when I take it.
