Wellness Tea, Sleepytime® Detox, Caffeine Free, 20 Tea Bags, 1.2 oz (35 g)

I drink one of these every night. I have terrible insomnia and it takes me hours to fall asleep. Then I don't stay asleep. I drink this a few hours before bed and I find I fall asleep way faster, sometimes only an hour or two after lying down, which is wonderful. Along with a weighted blanked and a sleep mask, the combo is really helping me sleep and get better sleep. I also don't know if it's related, but I haven't been had a cold or anything all year, and it's December now.

I have diverticulosis and overall a very sensitive gut, but this tea is mild and caffeine free so it doesn't cause any discomfort. I like to have this or the Sleepytime Extra after dinner. I love this brand's Sleepytime series but this one is my favorite! It puts me on a “spa” mood. The taste and the aroma are simply relaxing.

Have tried multiple varieties of sleep tea, and this is not the most effective of them - nonetheless it does help. Each bag is quite potent I can go on refilling it with hot water but still extracts tea. The packaging is efficiently made with no string or paper to cover each bag.

Sleepy Time tea is excellent for winding down after a long day. The blend of calming herbs creates a soothing, peaceful flavor that helps ease stress and promote relaxation. The scent is comforting and inviting, with a gentle chamomile note that isn’t overpowering. It steeps beautifully, and the taste is smooth, mild, and not too strong—perfect for sipping before bed. This tea has quickly become a nighttime favorite of mine, and it does an amazing job of helping me unwind and prepare for sleep. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to relax.

I recently purchased this product and overall I’m quite happy with it. The quality is better than I expected for the price, and it feels durable and well-made. It arrived on time and was packaged nicely, which is always a plus. Using it has been easy and convenient, and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I’ve been using it regularly and haven’t faced any major issues so far.

this tea is a nice herb blend with no caffeine really helps with digestion and relaxation. It smells really nice but I like drinking it before bed. usually when I buy it the packages also sealed with plastic and I'm happy it didn't this time. I wish it had a bigger size box because I really benefit from it in daily use

A calming herbal tea that’s nice to drink in the evening. Quality ingredients with a smooth, mild flavor—no bitterness. Taste is lightly herbal and pleasant. Box size is standard and lasts a few weeks.
