The capsule size is bigger than I expected, but that was just me not reading the size info haha. Using it as directed by my doctor, it suppose to help with PCOS. Finishing the first one and ordering again, high quality, great potency as others daily use is more than one, so it shorten the number of supplements I need to swallow before. Package is comfortable but not sealed, so keep on a high shelf, as it’s not children safe in my opinion.
