Seriously a game changer! I started taking a different brand of this exact same supplement, but this one is a way better value for same quality ingredients. Helps with hirsutism so much. This has helped regulate my cycles, which I didn’t think would ever be possible. I also noticed less “crashing” due to insulin resistance related to PCOS. Dosage is 3 capsules per day, they are easy to swallow and don’t have an aftertaste. If you have PCOS you need this!

I bought two because I was looking for a quality inositol complex, and I found this one. With the right dosage and size, it's excellent. I could feel the hormonal shift and its benefits; it doesn't leave a bad aftertaste. For me, it's the perfect ingredient for female hormonal balance.

The recommended dosage on the box is 3 capsules however I found that the DIM at 300mg is excessive and creates stomach upset for me so now I take 2 a day and it's perfect, got my period two days after this !

I am looking for a supplement that can balance my hormone because I have a hormonal imbalance that causes persistent acne problem and it works quite well. I am already taking this for 2months and my hormonal acnes are gone and my period for the past month is regular so far.

I like that it has folate and DIM although DIM can affect estrogen levels so I suggest checking those before starting this (although I am not a doctor so do your own research)
