However, it did give me a bit of indigestion and even some acid reflux. I am prone to this, but it can be exacerbated by certain foods. Only certain multivitamins and some digestive enzymes give me this reaction. I will say it didn't irritate my stomach as bad as the Rainbow Light womens multi. Also, I like that this has a lot more iron than other womens multivitamins. Something most women need! The taste is a bit off-putting, since it is not in a capsule form. Something to keep in mind.

I start taking it around a week before my period starts and these vitamins help it to start without pain and without too big changes to the body (breast size:))) I love this effect.
