it's one of the best curcumin supplement that I've tried. after taking it for 2 weeks, my knee pain is reduced by at least 30%. another good things about this curcumin is because it uses Meriva phytosome to enhance absorption. it's been weel studied for the greater absorption. as for this brand, i would said that it's well known for it's quality ingredients. would definitely recommend it.

These are fantastic, I thought I noticed a difference in my skin after taking them regularly then decided to stop them to see if there was. I noticed my skin wasn't as good and looked more wrinkled and less plump so started taking them again. Big tablets but can b broken or crushed to take.
