I love the quality of ON Amino Energy! It is delicious, and the benefits i get to my muscles when i train is perfect.... It tastes delicious! i love the combination of strawberry & lime. One drawback I noticed is that it causes frequent trips to the toilet for several hours after taking it. Overall, it works well for recovery, but the packaging and side effects could be improved.

This size last me about about 3 weeks. The taste is great, just the right amount of tanginess. I use it in the morning before training. I feel like the benefits are felt better on an empty stomach. I get by with one scoop.

Awesome product. Really delicious flavour. Good size product and last for ages even when used everyday. Great hydration for when at the gym or just throughout the day. Nice to have instead of just plain water. Not too sweet or has too much of an artificial flavour. No bad aftertaste
