This supplement does what it is intended to do for a reasonable price. The only issue I had with it was forgetting to take it with food. That is important unless you want to have unpleasant tasting burps afterwards. No problems as long as you take it with food.

It's hard to say when you take amino acids there is no obvious effect. But I think it is important to take and I think it is a good brand. So I take it and I hope it helps to maintain health.

Not sure if I'll stick with this supplement, but of all the brands I've tried, I do like this one. Clean ingredients, and good quality.
