Bought this supplement to keep my eyes healthy. Apparently it’s good for photoreceptor cells and retinal health too. I like that this formula is enhanced with very valuable ingredients such as suffron and others. It is also gluten free and non GMO certified. I take the recommended dosage in the morning with food. The size of the capsule is medium and it’s easy to swallow.
