These vitamins are really very good. I have been diabetic for 22 years and have recently had some serious problems with one eye. I have hemorrhage and can't see anything because of the blood in my eye. I do laser regularly, also an injection in the eye, but after two months of therapy, there was no significant improvement. I think with any supplement product it will depend on how appropriate it is for your situation that will define how effective it is. I use it as an eye support supplement and I saw a huge difference almost immediately. My eyes are not as tired as before. Also, Ginko is a common ingredient in "smart" pills. I can't say, if it would work on it's own as I use it in combination with other supplements as a brain function booster, but it did work on it's own as an eye support.
