Blocked sinuses are not good for sleep. Cleaning them with xylitol clears the bacterial sludge in them. Just don’t press too hard or you will have ear problems for a while.

I was afraid to use sinus rinse bottles before this one, but this made it very easy. I could feel the benefits after first use as this rise with xylitol helped clear up the nasal passages. Package contains the multi-use bottle and several trial packs of powder that needs to be dissolved in purified water. The bottle is very convenient, made from good quality materials, good size for use, easy to use and easy to wash. The powder packs seem to be the same or very similar composition as other Xlear sprays, which I really like.

Nice, easy to use bottle. Only complaint would be that it can suck mucous into the bottle too, so maybe be careful not to use the same liquid over a longer period of time for hygiene reasons. Bottle nicely sized, but I’d like one 2/3 of the size for travel. A few more than 6 sachets for the starter pack would be nice :(
