If you use this protein, make sure to use it in morning. Or during daytime. I went to the gym around 6 pm, then I drunk it. It lets me awake all night, couldn’t sleep. They i went to check the ingredients, it has coffee on it. Taste is good, but i prefer Vanilla ice-cream. Size is huge for months.
