My husband and I have been taking 1ml each a day for the past 3 weeks. At first, I did not notice any difference until I realized recently. So every night I only get a couple of hours of sleep (always less than 6 hours) because my son has problems with sleeping because he has ASD, we wake up early in the morning to work and take 1ml of Loving Energy before eating breakfast. I have TONS of energy all day, other than working from home, singing,e and dancing with my son I also do house chores and cook food, bring my son to therapy, and so on! And when it's time to sleep at night, I most of the time could not sleep right away, other than because my son is still awake but I don't crash in bed at all! My husband also told me that he has lots of energy at work and is focused when studying so I would say this one worked for us and we will continue to use it.

Good quality and ingredients. i love that it is free of alcohol and sugar and uses glycerin instead. i combined this with bioray other products as shown in the picture. This was suggested by their original website so the products can work better. I have been taking for a few months and this is my 2nd purchase.
