I used to wake up at least two to three times every night to go to the toilets. I took two capsules of this product every night for the past two weeks. My frequency of waking up and going to the toilet has since been reduced to one time or non at all. Peaceful sleep at last thanks to this product.

I have used this product for a while. The last order had a foul possibly sulfur like smell, while the caps look ok. Of note I stored them as recommended and it happened basically 1 week after opening the pack. Bec previous orders were fine Im rating it average. Thank you
