B-Healthy With L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate, 60 Vegetable Capsules

I have personally struggled with anxiety and depression, but very sensitive to perscription drugs. This b complex is the best thing I have tried to improve my mental and physical health! EmeraldLife is an excellent company and has high quality products. I have used many of their supplements, but this is by far my favorite.

As title mentioned, I conserve the amount that I take. Every morning, I only use 1/2 to 1/4 of pill and keep the pill back on the bottle and store in the refrigerator. I believe that amount will be enough for the RDA as I am a person with smaller build. Don't be shock by neon colour pee, it's normal when you take B vitamins. Try cutting down the amount like I did because your body doesn't really need so much according to my research. I really like this brand too as they doesn't contain fillers and binders and uses the best active versions of B vitamins.

So I bought this supplement because, those Methylated B vitamins are already in a bioavailable and metabolically active form. So my body can use it easier since I have a genetic mutation. It helped my husbands nail psoriasis, his inflammation is gone after 2 weeks, since it is high dosages we only take 1 a day. And don't wonder your pee might get bright yellow, thats when your body gets rid of excess vitamins. Very good quality product, I will buy again

This is the best Vitamin B i found. All natural & no filler and it contains proBiotic compound. I t slightly more expensive than other products but it is worth what you are buying. I encourage all the products of Emerald in particular that all include no harmful or unknown fillers like other products.
