Emerald Laboratories is a brand name we trust and really have found they make a quality product with good ingredients.

This daily multi-vitamin has one of the best complete formulations and composition available at this price point. The nutrients and active ingredients in this multi-vitamin are adequately balanced, in necessary quantities and it includes often forgotten micro-nutrients which are good for the health. It's easy to swallow, follows the 1-a-day principle (which many other brands will have you take 3 a day, hence reducing total quantity and size of portions). This is why I prefer this product which is clear, well formulated and decently priced.

Covers all your basic needs in a day, to make sure you get all the vitamins. Because nobody's diet is that perfect nowadays. Great dosages of vitamins and only 1 pill to take. Best of all I can take it in the morning on an empty stomach without any nausea.

The composition looks good on paper, but in practice the capsules were heavy on the stomach. Didn’t feel a clear improvement, and the smell of the capsules was not pleasant. Not the best choice compared to other multivitamins. ⭐ Effect: weak results ⭐ Quality: questionable for the price ⭐ Taste/Smell: unpleasant ⭐ Packaging: standard, but not enough to compensate

i appreciate the comprehensive profile of nutrients represented here, and the contents are from whole foods. the amount may be low but because they’re from real food, i trust they’re more bioavailable compared to other supplements with high dosages but absorption is minimal, if at all
