My wife wanted to take something to help lower her weight from after 2 kids, so I opted to get this for her. Unfortunately she didn't fully follow the routine, so I can't say that the review (star rating) is accurate but overall it didn't seem to help her at all. We have ordered a new supplement to try & it will arrive tomorrow (as of this review). She has found that some of the "weight loss teas" seem to work (of course since you are going to the bathroom often - but it contains sienna that they warn not to take for longer than 7 days, so she has opted to 7 days use, 7 days off, then 7 days use again). It may work for others, especially if you follow the recommendations.
