I've been taking this at bedtime for a month now. It's helped me break the habit of waking up between 2 to 4AM and not getting back to sleep. I'm taking 15 drops at bedtime and sleeping until 6 to 7AM. The racing thoughts in the middle of the night are gone. The taste is slightly sweet and not unpleasant. I'm sensitive to alcohol extracts so this alcohol free version works for me.
This is a great product if you are new (or not) to California Poppy products. I am new! The ingredients are all natural, vegan, and GF, the size is great (enough doses), the dosing is easy, and a little goes a long way! I use this for pain and inflammation, and it works great! The benefits are noticeable. The taste is nice too! Not overpowering, slightly sweet.

I was researching California Poppy and it is meant to benefit many of my daughter’s ailments, including bed wetting, sleep, focus, etc. so we are trying it. To soon to tell yet. I love that it’s alcohol-free and doesn’t taste awful. Wish it was in a bigger size bottle.
I find it rather strange, it’s relaxing but not in any kind of way I can describe. Helps me to sleep better at night as well. Great for anxiety.

This supplement says alcohol free, but it has a weird alcohol smell. After ordering the same tincture from Hawaii Pharm which I know for sure is alcohol free, that one didn't have the same smell, so now I'm pretty sure that this one indeed does contain alcohol and I won't be ordering again. It also had a sticky black residue inside, probably from a solvent. I hope Natural Balance will decide to improve the quality of their supplement.
This is my go to California Poppy tincture because it is alcohol free. Best used for pain relief when dosed correctly.
