This is an excellent concentrate with no additives. It is very thick and syrupy but not at all sweet. On the contrary, it is incredibly sour, with a distinct but not overpowering cherry flavour. I usually take a 15ml serving stirred into sparkling water, but I have also drizzled it over yogurt. I originally purchased it after reading that it might help improve sleep quality. However, the directions on the bottle say to take one serving with at least 250ml (8oz) liquid, so I avoid taking it right before bedtime. The sturdy glass bottle is also a plus.

This Cherry concentrate is pretty decent for the price. The taste is very pleasant, a little sweeter than some others I’ve tried. My favorite is Purium’s Apothecherry, however this is close in quality for the price. I wish it was a bit thicker and more syrupy like Purium’s. I take it before bed for sleep and overall hormone health.

Organic, good deal (after discount), a concentrate to add into my smoothies or just with water before sleep. Don’t have to worry about finishing organic 1 litre bottles of tart cherry juice within 2-3 days.
