I bought same brand's B-100 complex capsule before. I discover this product contains not only the same ingredients, but adds in Vitamin C. So I tried it because the price per capsule is even lower. Yet later I found that the serving size for this product is 3 capsule, so price wise, it is not cheap per serving. Anyway, I felt that this product is useful to maintain energy level and overall health. The quality of capsule is ok, they didn't stick together after a period of time as the B Complex capsules of another brand that I bought.

Generally like Solaray vitamins and they seem trustworthy and of good quality. Doing research on magnesium stearate, which is an ingredient in this brand. An ingredient I am looking to avoid, therefore may have to search for new brand. Health products should have all healthy ingredients.
