Calcium Magnesium 2:1 Ratio, 180 VegCaps

I searched everywhere for this kind of product. It has very good forms of calcium and magnesium. I liked that it haven't vitamin D inside (it is added to all such kind of products). The form of Calcium Amino Acid Chelate is one of the best calcium forms in supplements and it makes easier for your body to absorb it. Magnesium also has chelated form. The bottle is big and you will have it for long time. If you have leg cramps and pains before menstruation it will be a very good product for fighting with it. One of the best at iherb, but price is good too.

To get the same amount of calcium and magnesium as my previous brand, I have to take two capsules instead of one tablet. However, I find the (large) capsules easier to swallow than large tablets. I am disappointed with the change in bottles. Solaray had flip-top caps that make it easier to use, than regular screw-tops. This most recent order had basic bottle caps. I hope it is not a permanent change.

Good formula, but later I decided to buy only Calcium citrate, not this. I think this form is the best for me and family.

This is the perfect for lowcarbing. I split the dosing, two in the AM, 2 in the PM. Also, I always take this with potassium and vitamin D. Vitamin D helps with the uptake of the supplements.

The 2:1 calcium-to-magnesium ratio appears to be a good pairing. The price is also quite affordable, which is great since I need to take calcium supplements regularly.

I can’t tell if this is what’s helping but something is working I’m way less reactive and I don’t spiral into anxiety pits over minor things anymore which is huge for me
