Whenever I feel that the flu is coming, I will drink this Vit C. It works for me as it will stop the flu from going full bloom. It is very effective against the flu. The taste of the drink is also good and easy to drink too.

I have been taking Airborne daily for the past year, sometimes in combination with elderberry syrup, sometimes alone. I haven't gotten sick all year, despite spending a lot of time with others. For fun, I make a 30 oz. drink of water with one tablet, some dehydrated strawberry slices, and maybe the elderberry syrup. It's a fun change from just water or herbal tea while keeping me hydrated.
