I liked this vitamin a lot, I have been taking a lot of multivitamins but this was the most effective one and the best thing is it's once daily I noticed that it didn't open my appetite rather I feel so energetic and rarely feel cold in this winter, I think that is because of the good quality and great absorption

Daily, i took one capsule. It was as well my first time to order internally, i was in doubt but when delivered the package was secured.

Still can’t see any difference in my activity level after consuming 4 caps. But I guess wouldn’t be the best choice for ppl having difficulty swallowing or can’t swallow large caps cuz the cap is a little bit large! Although it smells awful and tastes bad .. I will keep using it

Doesn't give me an upset stomach. I've taken some type of Solaray multivitamin for 20 years. No side effects that I can tell.

Really liked this product because the company is known for quality and using good ingredients. Taking one pill daily is a lot easier than having to haul gummies around, so that’s a plus for me. Also there was no after taste.

It smells a bit funky, not sure if that is normal. I like that it is once a day, I take it after meal. I don't see any side effects. I think it's helping me stay balanced no matter what I eat.

I love it for the mornings when before I eat breakfast and also you can take it before meals the taste is not too strong. The quality of the ingredients are great. I also like that it good for digestion and on top of that it has so many benefits for skin and gut health also perfect to reduce sugar spikes and good for metabolism.

Multivitamin for women. It also help skin, hair, nail. The product is smell like traditional chicken soup but not difficult to swallow. After I took it for few lonths , I noticed that my nail growing quicker than usual. The guality is good. It’s effective .
