This is no miracle solution to weight loss. If you take this without any form of exercise, and expecting to lose weight, you will be disappointed. For me, it works fairly well to control my weight gain and I supplement my routine with fair amount of exercise in a week.
Can't vouch for the integrity of the product, but noticed the typical vasodilatory effects and "elimination" (bathroom) effects. Strong enough that one capsule does it for me. Would prefer to see COA batch testing results. Forskolin supplements are not known to be contaminated with lead, so it's probably safe. But again, would prefer to see testing.
it's great quality. It helps with my asthma and I even lost a bit of weight.
This is a great product and helped increase testosterone level according to recent blood work. The price per serving and amount of the product in each serving is great. The benefits were immediately felt. The quality of ingredients is great. I did make gains in strength while using this product and had an increase in energy.
Good dosage, a bit expensive but it does help when combined with workout.
