These vitamins are amazing, I have felt so energized. I did not know how down i was until I started taking these vitamins. After the 2nd day I felt great I had energy I did things that I had not done it a long time I'm very happy with this product and will be ordering again soon.

I take this close to bed time to help with sleep. I love that is contains B12 in the form of methylcobalamin. They dissolve easily under the tongue, pleasant fruity taste.

Doc recommended this brand over others. Tastes good compared to liquid drops and these small tablets dissolve quickly over as well as under tongue. There is powder/dust at the bottom of the bottle but hoping this doesn’t reduce dose/auality.
