I’ve been taking this for about a month now and I can honestly say the first thing I noticed was the quality. The packaging feels solid and well thought out, everything is sealed properly, and the capsules don’t have that weird smell some supplements do. The ingredient list also looks clean and not overloaded, which I appreciate. After consistent use, my energy has become more stable and I don’t feel that mid-day crash anymore. Overall, I just feel more balanced and less fatigued.
I was happy to find a 10mg product as i had tried DHEA in the past at a higher dose, but it caused headache and acne at 50mg, so I stopped. This product is perfect. No headache or acne. I currently take three days per week to ease into it and am doing well so far. I plan to increase gradually to find the best dose for me. The tablet is very small and easy to swallow.

We’ve tried several brands and haven’t found one as effective as this one. Noticeable results. Super tiny tablets that are very easy to take. My only complaint is the fillers.
