I'm an older vegetarian so I take this after exercise. It helps build muscle and recover from exercise faster. The addition of Probiotics, Kefir & Enzymes makes all the difference for me, compared to the other whey products I have tried. It aids digestion and absorption of the amino acids in protein.

I have used this whey protein powder for years. Both vanilla and chocolate taste delicious and because of the probiotics, bowel movements are great. I haven’t had any bloating or gas. My kids use it too after a workout. We’ve added it to pancake batter for protein pancakes and they turn out delicious. Very much recommend!

The taste is great it didn’t cause any bloating it contains some enzymes like bromelain ,it has prebiotics and postbiotics it helps in increasing our protein intake and good for building muscles most importantly it has no maltodexin or bad sugars it’s sweetened with a healthy alternative monk fruit sugar
I was thrilled to find a Protien powder without aspertame or sucralose, thanks for that! The taste is your standard vanilla that doesn't exactly taste like vanilla, so nothing out of this world that I was hoping based on the reviews. Also, it curdles in coffee😂
