I've been using this brand and their different product lines for a few years now. I think it has definitely helped improve my hair quality and thickness. You don't always need a biotin shampoo but rather sometimes it's also an issue of your scalp being clogged up (like pores on your face). A healthy scalp really leads to healthier hair.

I love the Puradore hair products, especially the cider line. This shampoo I bought for my husband, but I also like it because it cleanses more deeply and gently at the same time. So I combine it with cider shapmoo.

I like how soft and alive my hair feels after washing. I have super sensitive scalp and im always anxious when trying a new product, so far so good, I have no irritation or dryness. I like that it has no silicones and that it has natural ingredients. Packaging is very comfortable. Ig has a herbal scent. Overall great quality and size.

My husband had really bad dry scalp where his hair was constantly flaking. It was not fungal. This shampoo helped to restore his scalp and he had significantly less flaking quickly. He used it alongside with the conditioner of the same line.
