Been taking these about 6 months. This product hits all the requirements I need, and I like that they are luquid-gel caps, not solid tablets. Previous capsules were very vibrant leaf green, but caps in my recent bottle are more pea-soup green. Not certain if that is due to formula change. I am still taking them.
These are huge, so be aware of that. They do have a coating that makes them slippery, so they go down easier. They aren't chalky. I didn't have any problems when I first started taking them, but I only took ONE at a time for about a week. The down side is sometimes the vitamins in the jar seem to have leaked some of the oil from inside. I hate this because they smell worse and the oil can get on your hands. I need to write the company and find out if this is normal.
This is a really comprehensive daily vitamin, and I appreciate that it doesn't give me fishy tasting burps like some of the other ones.

I've been using these supplements from iHerb and I'm really satisfied with the quality. They have no unpleasant smell, the taste is mild (or neutral), and they’re easy to take. I’ve noticed a positive effect on my overall well-being. Definitely a great value for the price. Highly recommend!
Super potent formula. Probably too much for my nutritional needs. Took two out the door one day and was peeing neon ectoplasm all day and night regardless how much water I drank. Probably way too much for my liver to process so it's just one a day until I finish the bottle. The nutrient profile would be great for someone seriously defficient in b-complex. The search continues!
These are more expensive than most multivitamins, but have a few key features that I really appreciate. The smooth and glossy pills are super easy to swallow, despite their size. The blend of additional herbs and whole blends take it up a notch. There aren't concerning mega doses. And last, but not least, it comes in a glass bottle, so rare in a world full of plastic.
