Great! It has no taste and smells like powdered milk. I use it with my milk tea, i use one scoop that has 10g of protein. I also use it for diet because it has a good amount of protein. However, i don’t know if it helped me with my skin because im 22 yo and have a good skin, although it kinda helped me with the smile fine lines they almost disappear now :). I recommend the product and I’ll buy it again!
