Beef Liver, 120 Capsules

I only take 3 capsules per day on empty stomach after fasted workout, though it does break the fast, it is worthy as my skin is plumping up and wrinkle depth is less noticeable. Also baby hair starts to grow... BTW I only take it about 1 week. If it is less expensive, will rank 5 stars.

Actually I bought this for myself for the practicality in consuming organic organ meat daily, but things happened and my mom needs it for her kidney & liver & blood sugar. I suggested her to start 2 capsules, helped her to being quite energized after albeit still felt lightheaded, she said there's one time she felt very tired after a bout of diarrhea and quickly drank 2 of this, the result was instant surge of energy. Later we concluded 4 capsules worked best, definitely better than just 2 capsules a day. I ordered 2 more, but I want to let her try other brand afterwards, which has various organ meats in one bottle, not only liver, because she needs more to recover quickly and I only want the best for her.

Liver is an acquired taste . I just can’t consume liver . However capsules are a great option . But to consume one table spoon of liver powder I have to down so many capsules. It’s way to steep on my pocket . Although I must say the quality is excellent and no fillers used .

Beef liver is a staple for me! I love the benefits and all the nutrients in animal organs. No after taste. The quality and ingredient in this is amazing. The size and dosage was fine for me. I was really happy with this product!!! This is a daily staple for me.

The quality of these ingredients is awesome, I felt the benefits just one week after taking them and will absolutely purchase again! They are large sized pills but they have no taste

My acupuncturist recommended this to me for helping with my blood flow. I'm not sure if it's working or not because I don't know how to check that, but I'm not getting numbness in my arm anymore which is great! So it's helped with that for sure.

Didn’t think much at first. Originally wanted to try this for my skin. But wow, right after I started taking it, my energy was off the chart. I was able to concentrate more as well. It’s only been a few days, so I haven’t seen any dramatic effect on my skin, but I love this product and already subscribed it to deliver every month!

I came across this product upon browsing here on iherb. The ingredients quality are premium. I love the benefots of it. Taste is okay, not so strong. Thankfully, it did not disappoint. Felt better upon taking this. Gives me more iron because i know I am not getting enough iron. Thank you again.

These are big capsules and feel a little hard to swallow but they go down with water. They have a strong taste but that doesn't last once they are down the hatch! These are a great quality and I did feel a difference when taking these. Size is ok it has soo much benefit They aren't cheap but they are the best i've found.

Capsules are big but not a problem for me. Today is my second day taking them. I noticed when I take them I go to the bathroom so that’s a plus. I will update in a week to let you know more! I ordered some for my mother as well, she’s had cancer and surgery on her stomach so she is anemic. I will get a an update from her as well. :)
