My teenage daughters 13 and 16 are taking it and love the flavor. The ingredients are very good, even though there is some listed that I would not like but for teenagers it's very good and clean. They get their daily dose of vitamin C and other minerals. There are no side effects whatsoever.

Ive tried many brands. Tbh not sure if this is better than others but I LOVE THE HOT PINK COLOR!! So pretty!!! Makes me drink more water. Just bought 4 more packs
