Strange taste, but it does the job.
Honestly, the Cherry-Lime flavor struck me as rather peculiar—more artificial and harsh than refreshing, as the manufacturer claims. But that aside, it works great as a supplement: 20g of beef isolate and lactose- and sugar-free electrolytes support post-workout recovery well. It mixes easily, without lumps, and doesn't leave a heavy feeling in the stomach. Next time, I'll probably try a different flavor, but I highly recommend the formula.

It tastes like medicine. Some people say it tastes good, but to my taste... ㅠㅠ It is hard to drink, so I have to take small sips every 10 minutes or so, but it is so difficult that I feel like throwing it away. I bought two bottles and I regret it. I recommend buying just one bottle first to taste it before purchasing more.
