I believe this benefit my digestion issue caused by H. pylori. I took it alonside other probiotics to push the H. pyrori out and get back natural microbiome. The package is good which will last for a month if you take it in the morning after breakfast and at evening before sleep. Also, I opened up the capsule to get the instant dispersal.
I have reflux at bedtime every night. Many over the counter products for acid reflux are detrimental if used long term as they can cause nutritional deficiencies and kidney stones and worse etc so i was looking for a safer alternative. So i tried Gastro-Ease and it worked. It really works. I wish it was a chewable like the Pepcid Complete as I hate swallowing another capsule but it is much safer so i will use it. I only use it at bedtime and it totally controls my reflux.

A 4-month course and in combination with a suitable diet, gave me very good results and I can safely now it foods that were causing me discomfort. Pylopass was not necessary in my case, but studies show that it helps people with a pylori infection.

I bought this to help with gastritis. For the dosage I use it every night. This is a good size supplement, and good packaging, I still have some constipation here and now and I am not sure if it helps with that. Overall I like it.
