it is good for what ir is but I found it cheaper to buy magnesium chloride flakes to bath in as ot absorbs best theough skin. such an application could also be done as part of a nightly routine before bedtime to help children and adults relax. i found this product hard to afford on an ongoing basis due to cost. when the benefits need to be built up after continued use. this product would be more suitable for others who have more money to spare but not for me. we now get magnesium other ways and not theough this package. thumbs up please

I used to use Natural Calm for magnesium citrate, but they changed their formula if you look at the ingredient list - it's not citrate anymore. This tastes great (to me), dissolves in room temp or warm water, and has the benefits of magnesium citrate including muscle relaxation, calmer sleep, and helps my bowels move!

NaturesPlus KalmAssure Magnesium Powder was an okay alternative to another brand I usually use. It definitely helped me to sleep, so I know it works, but I personally didn’t like the orange flavor and ended up not finishing the bottle. Might work better for someone with different taste preferences.

The flavor is good and it is a large quantity for the cost. I do think you need to use more to get a 'full' dosage-- like 2 scoops and not just one. I am sprinkling a little into my water glasses. Rather than taking a full dose at once.
