Originally I thought all nutritional yeast taste the same, until I've tried other brands. Now Foods nutritional yeast is definitely the best tasting one I've ever tried. It does not taste exactly like cheese but it's definitely a great substitute if you do not consume diary. Also love that it contains added B vitamin especially B12, so I could skip buying additional B12 supplement. Powder form makes it easy to mix with various dishes. Sometimes when I'm lazy, I just mix this, Bob's Red Mill potato flakes and some sea salt to make diary-free mashed potato.

I do have some stomach issues and this is helping me a lot and it has so good benefits and great quality ingredients.The taste it’s a bit nutty which i like because in the past I was bought another one the taste so bitter but this is so good! I consider it a superfood because it’s packed with nutrients and you can use it in so many ways!
