The taste spots on the point. The mass is large enough. I will not feel hungry after eating it. It can last about 3hr. It’s proper for exercise. I always eat it during hiking and cycling

i’m gonna be completely honest most of the protein bars I’ve tried taste like artificial flavour but this one is totally different. It’s life changer especially for bulking it taste like brownies there is no aftertaste. I love to eat it with coffee. 10/10
