I have been using this product for years after I noticed a very noticeable amount of hair loss at my crown area, I think due to stress. I like the New Chapter brands so I purchased this and I started to see short hairs growing in. I will continue to take this product. My hairdresser always complements me on what nice hair I have with lots of body.
New chapter is a very good brand. Good quality ingredients. A bit on higher price range. But it works well. I noticed nails are not in good condition which is difficult to maintain

I've noticed a difference in my nails. They seem to be stronger and grow extremely fast. I have detailed skin care routine so to add this is just a no brainer. As for my hair, it's definitely softer because of these vitamins.
