Love this Garden of Life protein product for its yummy taste, thick consistency and frothiness, and satiating ability. Keeps me satisfied so I don't eat beyond my daily calorie intake while in weight loss phase. I recommend vanilla in particular because then you can always add fruits and berries or cacao, if you wish for variation. But in my opinion, vanilla on its own is super-yummy.

The ultimate verdict: my weight stayed in my desired range of the low to mid 150s while I was blending this up daily with bananas and unsweetened almond breeze. A few weeks without? I ballooned up to 161 pounds!! OK, back to self-discipline...

DO NOT USE HOT WATER! I find this mixes easily in COLD water, without the need for a blender or even a shaker. Just keep stirring with a spoon in a large mug and any remaining clumps dissappear. Being plant-based, instead of whey-based, probably aids with dissolving in cold water easily. The taste is slightly sweet, and does have a vanilla flavour. No issues with digestion. Seems to contain good quality ingredients. I get about a month's worth out of this size.
