Maybe a placebo effect or maybe this products really helps: after a week I started feeling much better, way less mood swings. I've been taking it daily now for over a month, combined with ashwagandha, and mood swings have almost disappeared. It definitely worth a try.
Afrer breast cancer and estrogen suppressing medication, my life and health sucked and no doctor would help me - so I had to help myself by trying this product which is all plant based and very low dosage but just enough to relief the worst symptoms of estrogen depletion. Dont count on weight loss though- doesn't help for that!

Quality is good plus the ingredients fit to tackle my menu symptoms. Size is good. Dosage, I find if my symptoms are bad, I wld need to take another during the day for better control. Benefits is to have less hot flushes and mood swings. Taste is just a slight herby smell. Not unpleasant.
I tried the weight management and mood ones but the mood one gave me bad stomach. The weight management one actually helps with moods but I don’t see any change in weight. But then I am happy with it as it still helps my mood swings and maybe the weight management effect will come next?

This is probably good product for most of people that going thru menopause. I needed something stronger than this. I ended up getting a prescription medication from my doctor to get rid of hot flashes and night sweats.
it does what it says but takes about a few weeks to see results , however, price is a big issue, nice quality, good ingredients, and safe packaging.
