First I've tried matcha in capsules by Pure Synergy, then I've decided to buy it as powder too, and all what I've said for capsules, I would say here again: What I've noticed whenever I used to take this matcha, is that it was a great detox for my skin. I even add it in my coffee with milk, and it is perfect. Will continue to order it!
I love the clean taste of this Matcha! It mixes well in cold water. I add a little stevia to improve the taste of the tea. The benefits of green tea are numerous. The package is dark glass which helps keep it fresh. I like that it is good hot or cold.
It doesn’t have a bitter taste. One tea spoon is enough to give you the extra energy you want. I only wished the bottle was a bit bigger.
This is my favorite matcha tea blend with great quality ingredients and a mild taste. Not too bitter. Caffeine content is just enough and energy lasts all day without the crash; huge benefit!
