Pure Synergy's barley grass juice powder is so far the best one I tried. It's made from cold-presssed juice, so it retains all the nutritions (some brands use barley grass to make powder directly, not juice powder, so concentration is relatively lower with fibre included). Can see and taste the difference, Pure Synergy's barley powder is greener and taste much stronger too. Great alkaline foodto boost immune system, and detox well too. 

We’re only at our first week of using it. I mix it with a smoothie and hopefully it’ll help with PCOS. You’ll definitely know that it is a real barley when using it with smoothie. I don’t see any clump of the juice like what other people say. I will definitely give an update after three months of using it.

I have used a number of different barley grass powder and they didn't compare to this brand. You can always tell by the color--this is one is bright green. It is cold pressed, comes in a dark glass bottle, ingredients seem pure, as far as I know. Barley grass is loaded with minerals and enzymes and incredibly healthy. I am taking it after a bout of exhaustion and poor sleep. Taste is not bad, just grassy. I mask it with vanilla coconut milk, Ceylon cinnamon, yoghurt. And you can also add blueberries and a nut butter for creaminess. I love this company and use many of their products.

Since I'm diligent in keeping record of what I am taking to improve my health, I keep a log of each time I take a serving of each product on each bottle or package. Unfortunately this bottle only had 42 servings instead of the 60 listed on the label. I use stainless steel measuring spoons and carefully measured out 1 1/2 tsps daily..
