This appears to be a high quality turmeric supplement. First want to say I appreciate the clean ingredients! After a week I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my joints. I take this sparingly though…curcumin is a potent inhibitor of methionine synthase and can significantly inhibit methylation. Also I appreciate the easy to swallow capsule
