I read that MCT oil is FA safe and I use this for my haircare.It's one of the few hair oils that don't break me out. I have curly bleached hair and use it after my leave in and before gel. It works well. Thank you for reading!

Nice product, big bottle at a reasonable price. It comes in a dark glass bottle as advertised. And doesn’t smell coconut. Which is great! As I bought it for mixing with other oils to hydrate my skin. It has a very light texture spreads. I’ll try using it for salad dressings. :)
