Very nutty flavor without that greasy sensation other hemp seeds have left in my mouth. Small bag but its a quality over quantity product. I recommend it.
Fresh and nutty. I definitely prefer organic hemp seeds rather than conventional because they have a more neutral taste. Great in yogurts, smoothies, pastries etc. The price is eh, a bit much, but I am someone who cannot tolerate rancid nuts and seeds. If I find a brand that offers fresh nuts and seeds, I will repurchase from them even if the price is a bit high. I like the quality and it's worth purchasing again.

Hemp seeds are of great benefit for anyone on a vegan or plant based diet . Not only are they rich in Omega 3 & 6 , but also Magnesium, Zinc, Iron, Vitamin E as well as protein. Add them to your favorite baked recipes or serve them over yogurt, fruit salad or in a salad dressing. I love the taste.
