I already love this brand and flavor of whey protein. It has a great quality, mixes well with any liquid and tastes really great. It's a great way to get your protein in without the extra carbs. A great supplement overall. Plus the fast shipping just makes it a no brainer to but from iherb.
I chose 3 stars because this whey perfectly fits my specific criteria: I wanted a clean protein powder with minimal ultra-processed ingredients and the lowest calories possible to make Ninja Creami ice creams. However, the flavor isn't great. The first time I tried it, it was fine, but after a few more servings, I just couldn't stomach it anymore. The cookie flavor is barely there, and the artificial taste they used just makes the whole thing taste off. I haven't tried the vanilla yet, but I'd honestly recommend buying that one instead and just adding your own cookies for flavor. Also worth noticing, I haven't had any digestive issues while drinking it, which is a common theme with these protein powders.
Although this protein is a bit sweet for my taste, the flavor is so good that a shake feels like a desert. It's also blends just fine and it doesn't feel heavy at all for muy gut. I'd buy it again.

I've had Isopure before years ago when I was on a calorie deficit and I had the Dutch Chocolate flavor the quality and ingredients are really good. I've never tried this flavor before so I ordered and it arrived fairly quickly im in the Netherlands I ordered is on July 27 and I received it today August 1st. This Cookies & Cream flavor is really good unlike most whey protein powder you get that weird funky aftertaste the taste of this one to me doesn't have that. So I'm quite excited to supplement this to make my shakes and use it in protein desserts. The size of the container is quite big so this will last me a while.

To reduce water retention I have been trying low carbs high protein diet. This protein powder is packed with protein with zero carbs, which is perfect for my diet. It is a bit diluted on its own so I normally mix it with original sugar free greek yogurt and it comes out great!
